Tina Marinaccio

Tina Marinaccio is a Licensed Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and Chef dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle coaching. Unlike the unregulated titles of “Nutritionist” and “Personal Trainer,” Tina has earned the Registered Dietitian (RD) credential, which requires a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition, a 1,200-hour supervised healthcare internship, and passing a national exam from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

With over two decades of experience, Tina provides expert nutrition counseling, cooking classes, and corporate wellness programs. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and has advanced training in functional medicine and nutrition through the Institute of Functional Medicine and the Institute of Functional Nutrition Academy.

Tina has served as a consultant for private practices, hospitals, and the food service industry and has held leadership roles such as Director of Food and Nutrition at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation and Clinical Nutrition Manager for Aramark Corporation. She is also a former Nutrition Advisor for Solgar Vitamin and Herb.

Her credentials include a Certification in Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association, Certification in Macrobiotic Studies from the Kushi Institute, and American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Training Certification. She also holds a Post-Rehabilitation Exercise Certification and has been an active member of the New Jersey Dietetic Association Board and various dietetic practice groups, including the Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Dietitians in Integrative Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

Through her evidence-based approach, Tina integrates science, culinary skills, and fitness expertise to guide individuals in making sustainable, health-supportive choices.
