How Many Calories Does YOUR Body Need Per Day?
Everyone needs a certain amount of energy for the body to carry out its’ daily functions. Your body continually burns calories to circulate blood, maintain lean body tissue, support brain function, and much more.
The number of calories to perform these functions is called your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), and can vary greatly from person to person.
Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy encompasses lifestyle, diet, health and metabolic system imbalances, and clinical biomarkers to address client concerns as a whole.
This client-centered approach addresses the underlying cause of your symptoms to move you towards optimal metabolic health, and feeling your best.
As Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food.”

Q. What is a metabolic test and how does it work?
