The Minute that Tina opened the door, I knew I was in the right place. Tina spent an hour and a half with me, going over the three week elimination diet. She had two paper booklets for me, to get me through the first three weeks. She went over every section, and term. She also answered every question I had. I will continue my health plan and supplements. I intend to touch base with her from time, to let her know how I am doing. I am very happy she came into my life, and my health is better from the experience.
I highly recommend working with Tina. I was struggling to lose weight and getting really frustrated with all the information out there. It was nice to learn from someone who is a trained registered dietitian nutritionist. The meal plan and recipes she gave me to try were really delicious and easy to make. I cannot say enough good things about Tina. She is an amazingly knowledgeable nutritionist and chef. Not only is she full of ideas for healthy delicious recipes, she’ll also take the time to show you how to cook them (and will even make them for you if you want)! What’s more, her knowledge of disease-busting anti-inflammatory food/recipes is top notch. She will also talk about what you should and shouldn’t be buying at the grocery store. If you are looking to revamp your diet to makeover your health, Tina is THE person to go to. She’s also super friendly and down to earth, making the entire process fun and enjoyable. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
Tina is a very knowledgeable professional who takes the time to explain things and answer questions for you. When changing your lifestyle, it can be daunting and difficult; but Tina never made it seem impossible. She was thorough and supportive. Tina helped me to lose weight, reverse high blood sugar, cholesterol, and inflammatory markers through realistic lifestyle change that I felt I could maintain. I was also able to discontinue my cholesterol medicine. She performed a resting metabolic rate test so I could see how many calories my body was burning, and also prescribed micronutrient testing so we could use targeted supplements as an adjunct to help me reach my goals. The prescribed strength training program has really helped me to build muscle, and favorably change my body composition. My doctors are very happy with the results, and so am I!

This is a small hands on cooking class. It's fun to attend with friends as well as meet others who also enjoy cooking. Tina is committed to teaching you how to cook healthy and delicious meals. At the end of the class you get to enjoy the recipes you cooked up. Highly recommended.
Loved the Two Week Fat Flush program. Helped med get back on track to eat regularly and avoid snacking. Tins is a great motivator.
