Sweet and Creamy Blueberry Lemon Basil Greek Yogurt Popsicle

Greek Yogurt Pops - Blueberry Lemon Basil

Use Greek yogurt in standard popsicle molds for a quick and easy grab and go breakfast, dinner party intermezzo, or light dessert.

 

 

Greek Yogurt Blueberry Lemon Basil Pops

 

12oz non-fat Greek yogurt

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 tsp stevia, or 1 tbsp good maple syrup

1/2 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

 

-Combine all ingredients and divide among 6 ice popsicle molds, about 3oz each

-Freeze for several hours, and remove from molds per manufacturers directions

-About 40 calories each

 

Tips:

Add yogurt and berries in layers with 1/4 cup ground flax or granola for a parfait

Substitute preserves for fresh fruit for a sweeter pop

Add 1/4 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder for chocolate lovers
