What to Expect During Nutrition Counseling Sessions:

The initial two month nutrition package includes a one hour initial consult, plus two 30 minute follow up appointments, that may be face to face, phone or virtual.

In the initial consultation, we will fully explore your health history and lifestyle before collaborating to devise an individualized plan.

During your follow up, we will discuss any obstacles that have come up while implementing these lifestyle changes, and any future challenges, to keep you on track.

Unlimited email correspondence is included in the two month package.

You will receive the support you need to make positive changes that will empower you to take charge of your health.

Payments, Cancellation Policy, Terms, and Insurance for Nutrition Counseling Services

Payments are due at the point of service, and may be made by:

Cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flex Spending Account (FSA)

Credit cards are not accepted

Packages are for individuals, and are non-transferrable

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellation of nutrition appointments to avoid being charged full appointment fee.

Insurance Coverage for Nutrition Services:

Some insurance companies will reimburse for out of network Registered Dietitian services. Contact your provider directly to ask about coverage. If coverage is available, you will need a physician prescription with a qualifying diagnosis. Upon request, Health Dynamics will provide you with a Super Bill document at the end of your package for you to submit to your provider, along with your physician prescription, for reimbursement.
