2cupsunsweetened almond milk
1tspground turmeric
Optional:
Pinchground black pepper
Pinchdried cinnamon or cinnamon stick
Pinchdried ginger
Pinchdried cardamom
1tspcoconut oil
1tspgood maple syrup or honey
Instructions
Heat all ingredients in a pot to a low simmer
Continue to cook on low heat for 5 minutes
Pour into a cup and enjoy

Spices
You can substitute any kind of milk you like, such as cow (preferably organic), oat, cashew, soy, or macadamia. The curcumin is best absorbed with fat, so if you use a fat free milk, add a little coconut oil during the cooking process.
