Easy Healthy Caesar Salad Dressing

extra virgin olive oil

stone ground mustard

Worcestershire sauce

anchovy filets
drained

small garlic cloves
peeled and crushed

fine grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
preferably off the block

Whirl all ingredients in a food processor fitted with chop blade until smooth*

Taste and reseason to taste as needed
