Meet Tina
I'm Tina Marinaccio, Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer
in Denville New Jersey
I grew up in an Italian cuisine centered family, and had weight loss and weight gain struggles of my own as a child and into my twenties. My weight would yoyo up and down, as I was trying to be in a thinner body than what I was meant to be. Once I was able to learn to maintain a healthy weight and reclaim my health, I knew I had to help others, which lead me to becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Personal Trainer.
The titles “Nutritionist” and “Personal Trainer” are generally not regulated or protected, creating public confusion which can be costly, and sometimes harmful.
Requirements to earn the Licensed Registered Dietitian and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential include a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition, a 1200 hour supervised healthcare internship, and passing a national exam from the American Dietetic Association.
